Key Account Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Key Account Executive who will engage existing and prospective clients at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate, instruct, and upsell all assigned and newly generated accounts in an assigned territory
• Act as a liaison between the client and operations team regarding client needs
• Ensure customer retention by providing superior customer service and recommending client-focused solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Previous sales experience or account management of 3+ years is preferred
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Proven success managing a book of business
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
