Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Executive Talent Advisor to shape the future of the organization by hiring top-tier executive talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct full lifecycle executive recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Proactively build global executive candidate pipelines using various sourcing channels
  • Consult with executive leaders to recommend and identify the most qualified applicants
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience, with at least 2 years hiring senior-level executives
  • Experience working with C-suite executives is required
  • Considerable knowledge of executive recruiting principles and executive compensation negotiations
  • Prior experience in healthcare environments is highly desirable
