Key Responsibilities
- Conduct full lifecycle executive recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Proactively build global executive candidate pipelines using various sourcing channels
- Consult with executive leaders to recommend and identify the most qualified applicants
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience, with at least 2 years hiring senior-level executives
- Experience working with C-suite executives is required
- Considerable knowledge of executive recruiting principles and executive compensation negotiations
- Prior experience in healthcare environments is highly desirable
