Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Revenue Operations & Systems to optimize tools, processes, and data infrastructure for their go-to-market engine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and optimize Salesforce, HubSpot, and other GTM systems, ensuring integration and scalability
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance across Sales & Marketing systems while developing actionable insights through analytics
  • Design and standardize revenue processes, facilitating collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Business Development
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations in a high-growth, B2B technology environment
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce and HubSpot, along with experience in sales engagement and BI platforms
  • Strong understanding of GTM processes and revenue operations best practices
  • Proven track record in CRM administration and data governance
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
