Key Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize Salesforce, HubSpot, and other GTM systems, ensuring integration and scalability
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance across Sales & Marketing systems while developing actionable insights through analytics
- Design and standardize revenue processes, facilitating collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Business Development
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations in a high-growth, B2B technology environment
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce and HubSpot, along with experience in sales engagement and BI platforms
- Strong understanding of GTM processes and revenue operations best practices
- Proven track record in CRM administration and data governance
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
