Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Senior Client Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume book of insurance business, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks
• Build client loyalty through positive relationships and excellent service
• Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Minimum of three years of Commercial Account Management experience required
• Property & Casualty License required
• Valid driver's license and insurance required
• Experience with Applied/Epic or similar agency management software preferred
