Job Summary

A company is looking for a New Loan Officer Success Manager to support the development and success of newly hired Loan Officers.

Key Responsibilities

• Train and develop sales and loan origination skills through structured coaching
• Provide operational oversight and hold Loan Officers accountable for performance metrics
• Implement structured goal-setting and performance reviews to drive growth and production

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of recent sales leadership experience in retail mortgage lending
• Demonstrated success in leading and developing teams of Loan Officers
• Active NMLS license required
• Recent hands-on origination experience with conventional and government loan products
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Encompass, and Optimal Blue
