Required Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience in outreach, sales, or business development, with 2+ years in tech sales and 1+ year as a team lead
- Experience in coaching team members on outreach strategies and objection handling
- Proficiency in managing pipelines and engagement goals using HubSpot
- Familiarity with AI tools that enhance outreach performance
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote startup environment
