Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls regarding billing inquiries and collections
- Perform collection activities and offer payment arrangements as needed
- Document all actions taken on accounts and ensure compliance with guidelines and standards
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in collections, customer service, or business office
- Solid knowledge of Revenue Cycle functions
- Proficiency in personal computer programs necessary for job duties
- Ability to work independently within established guidelines
