Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR).

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify high-potential businesses for outreach and develop territory through cold prospecting
  • Qualify and develop inbound leads via phone, email, and social media, scheduling discovery calls with prospective clients
  • Maintain lead management in Salesforce and collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on campaigns
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of B2B Business Development experience
  • BA/BS degree
  • Self-starter with a proven track record of exceeding goals
  • Ability to work independently or with coaching in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for technology and ability to quickly learn new IT software products
