A company is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR).
Key Responsibilities
- Identify high-potential businesses for outreach and develop territory through cold prospecting
- Qualify and develop inbound leads via phone, email, and social media, scheduling discovery calls with prospective clients
- Maintain lead management in Salesforce and collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on campaigns
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of B2B Business Development experience
- BA/BS degree
- Self-starter with a proven track record of exceeding goals
- Ability to work independently or with coaching in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for technology and ability to quickly learn new IT software products
