Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with recruiters to provide sourcing support for simultaneous searches
- Leverage technology platforms to streamline hiring processes and track data related to hiring events
- Audit and monitor TA systems for compliance and provide administrative support for various projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or human resources
- Experience with Workday and/or an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Strong conceptual, analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
