Key Responsibilities
- Build, implement, and improve Marketing, Sales, and Service systems and tools
- Design and document Marketing, Sales, and Service processes and ensure they remain current
- Train and partner with Sales/Service teams to effectively operate established processes
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in Sales, Customer Service/Success, Revenue Operations, Investment Banking, or Consulting
- Experience in a startup or growth-stage technology company
- Advanced Excel skills
- Proven success using AI tools to scale revenue operations
- Strong proficiency in SQL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Mode)
