Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Operations Manager - RN.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor the case review team, ensuring high clinical knowledge and performance
• Oversee workload assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
• Develop case review staff and implement quality monitoring activities for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN licensure
• 4+ years of clinical experience in a medical setting
• Quality management experience with projects or QIP involvement
• Case review experience with evidence-based practice standards
• Knowledge of the No Surprises Act and Dispute Resolution
