Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee sales compensation analysts, ensuring team support and professional development
- Develop and implement sales compensation processes for accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate with stakeholders for end-to-end program management of sales compensation initiatives
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree is required
- 8-15 years of progressive experience in sales compensation or related fields
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience working with cross-functional teams
- 3-5 years of experience leading large, geographically diverse teams
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with sales compensation tools is desirable
