A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an internal ambassador for sales best practices and support team goals
- Analyze sales team conversations to identify training opportunities and best practices
- Develop and deliver customized training modules based on assessed needs
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales, sales management, or a sales training role
- 2+ years of experience communicating skill assessment findings
- Experience using sales intelligence tools/software (preferred)
- Familiarity with web-based meeting tools and Google or Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (preferred)
