Key Responsibilities
- Conduct analyses for the design and implementation of sales incentive plans and contests
- Perform complex data modeling and root cause analysis to support sales incentive processing
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reports and insights that drive decision-making and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in finance, business, or a related discipline
- 2 - 4 years of experience with sales incentive plans
- Expertise in data analysis, modeling, and governance practices
- Strong proficiency in Excel and complex data modeling
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects
