Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager (SaaS - SMB & Mid-Market New Business).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach a team of full-cycle SMB/MM Account Executives focused on outbound prospecting and new business acquisition
  • Drive alignment between daily execution and company growth goals by setting clear expectations and holding reps accountable to performance metrics
  • Enforce pipeline discipline through structured CRM usage, accurate forecasting, and weekly review cadences
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of full-time people management experience, including 3+ years leading full-cycle SaaS Account Executives in quota-carrying roles
  • Proven record of leading teams to exceed new business revenue targets in a high-velocity SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated ability to run impactful sales and enablement trainings
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate teams and drive urgency
  • Proficient with HubSpot, Asana, Notion, Gong, Slack, and Google Suite
