Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters focused on sales hiring across various segments
- Partner with GTM leadership to forecast hiring needs and develop aligned recruiting strategies
- Design and execute efficient recruiting processes while maintaining high-quality candidate experiences
Required Qualifications
- 6-8 years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in a management role focused on sales or GTM hiring
- Proven ability to recruit at scale in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment
- Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching and developing recruiters
- Deep knowledge of the sales talent market, especially in mid-market and enterprise segments
- Data-driven mindset with experience in using recruiting analytics to inform strategies
