A company is looking for a Senior Escalation Support Engineer - Americas.
Key Responsibilities
- Address and resolve complex technical issues through advanced troubleshooting
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to ensure efficient resolution of critical incidents
- Identify underlying causes of issues and improve processes to prevent recurrence
Required Qualifications
- 4 or more years of technical experience with similar products
- Hands-on experience with Java/J2EE and troubleshooting Java/Spring based applications
- Experience with build automation tools such as Maven or Gradle
- Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and REST web services
- SaaS/Cloud product support experience
