Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Business Developer for Ground Infrastructure Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and communication of strategic infrastructure plans for Ground Infrastructure Locations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine site acquisition strategy and due diligence requirements
• Negotiate key contracts and oversee vendor site acquisition activities from search to construction handoff

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience in stakeholder management with multiple organizational levels
• Experience in negotiating complex legal agreements related to real estate and infrastructure
• Background in teleport, real estate, and land colocation
