Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative to provide assistance and support to customers through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat requests to provide assistance and troubleshooting support
  • Document all interactions in the Call Center database and arrange for product repairs when necessary
  • Update customer information and escalate issues as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma required; Associate Degree in Information or Computer Science preferred
  • Previous call center experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Windows navigation, and database applications is beneficial
  • Experience with Win CE operating systems is preferred
  • Fluency in Spanish or French is an advantage
