Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative to provide assistance and support to customers through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat requests to provide assistance and troubleshooting support
- Document all interactions in the Call Center database and arrange for product repairs when necessary
- Update customer information and escalate issues as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma required; Associate Degree in Information or Computer Science preferred
- Previous call center experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Windows navigation, and database applications is beneficial
- Experience with Win CE operating systems is preferred
- Fluency in Spanish or French is an advantage
