Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing enterprise SaaS sales team
- Drive strategy and lead the Strategic Accounts team to exceed sales objectives
- Develop trust-based relationships with C-level executives across Strategic Accounts
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in third line management of enterprise SaaS sales teams
- 10+ years of experience in the software industry with recent enterprise SaaS experience
- Proven ability to engage and develop relationships with Global 2000 C-level executives
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales objectives and driving growth
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth software company
