Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of non-troubleshooting customer requests, ensuring effective coordination across teams
- Communicate project updates and manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and develop scalable internal processes for request handling
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project management or client delivery roles, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Experience working closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams in a B2B context
- Advanced proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or Monday.com
- Strong analytical abilities and experience with data-driven decision making
- Meticulous attention to detail and a customer-obsessed mindset
