A company is looking for a Director of HR and Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and manage HR processes including recruitment and onboarding
- Oversee financial systems, including invoicing, accounts receivable, and payroll management
- Contribute to organizational strategy and manage operational systems and IT policies
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive experience in HR, operations, and/or finance
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Nonprofit Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record managing HR compliance, payroll, and employee relations
- Experience with HRIS, QuickBooks, and relevant applications
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment law
