A company is looking for a Director of HR and Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and manage HR processes including recruitment and onboarding
  • Oversee financial systems, including invoicing, accounts receivable, and payroll management
  • Contribute to organizational strategy and manage operational systems and IT policies
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in HR, operations, and/or finance
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Nonprofit Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven track record managing HR compliance, payroll, and employee relations
  • Experience with HRIS, QuickBooks, and relevant applications
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment law
