Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Consultant (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the lead consultant for assigned large group accounts, guiding HR and executive teams on benefits strategy
  • Design and analyze self-funded and fully insured health plan options, including various benefits
  • Negotiate renewals with carriers and stop-loss vendors, ensuring competitive pricing and favorable terms
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in employee benefits consulting, focusing on large groups (100+ employees)
  • Proven experience with self-funded health plans and stop-loss coverage
  • Strong knowledge of benefits compliance requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (CEBS or similar certification a plus)
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
