Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Payer Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets within new health plan/payer accounts
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with regional and national health plans
- Build and maintain strong executive level relationships and lead contract negotiations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience with at least 3 years focused on health plan sales and strategic relationships
- Proven experience or strong commitment to behavioral health
- Demonstrated success achieving multi-million dollar revenue targets
- Strong understanding of payer business models, reimbursement, and health plan operations
- Bachelor's degree (MBA a plus)
