Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume recruiting across multiple departments and roles
- Partner with hiring managers to scope roles and create sourcing strategies
- Source, screen, and close candidates quickly while ensuring a strong candidate experience
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, specifically in high-volume hiring
- Experience in startup environments and ability to adapt to change
- Proficient in Greenhouse ATS; familiarity with Gem is preferred
- Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced tools
- Highly organized, capable of managing 15+ open requisitions simultaneously
