Key Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume recruiting across multiple departments and roles
• Partner with hiring managers to scope roles and create sourcing strategies
• Source, screen, and close candidates quickly while ensuring a strong candidate experience

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, specifically in high-volume hiring
• Experience in startup environments and ability to adapt to change
• Proficient in Greenhouse ATS; familiarity with Gem is preferred
• Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced tools
• Highly organized, capable of managing 15+ open requisitions simultaneously
