A company is looking for a Sr. HR Compliance & Internal Controls Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR-related compliance initiatives, including monitoring and auditing HR processes for adherence to SOX standards
- Design and implement internal controls to safeguard HR processes and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance issues and provide training on HR compliance and SOX requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in auditing, risk management, or compliance, with a focus on SOX regulations
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting processes and internal control frameworks
- Proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong understanding of employment regulations and compliance requirements
