A company is looking for a Sr Human Resources Manager, HR Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day HR service delivery, including operations, benefits administration, and compliance
- Lead and develop HR operations staff and manage employee lifecycle activities
- Design and manage the company's benefits programs and vendor relationships
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, I/O Psychology or related field required
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in HR operations and benefits leadership
- Experience in organizations with 1,000+ employees is required
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and strong HR data analytics skills
- Master's degree or HR certification preferred
