Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of program/project management experience in HR, with a focus on complex program management
  • Strong project/program management skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Deep knowledge of core HR processes including onboarding and performance management
  • Experience with HR systems such as Workday or Greenhouse
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data for decision-making
