A company is looking for a Manager, People Programs to design and manage employee lifecycle programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, planning, execution, and improvement of People programs such as onboarding and performance reviews
- Streamline and standardize People processes for efficiency and compliance, partnering with HR Tech for automation opportunities
- Measure program success and ROI, track key metrics, and report insights to leadership for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of program/project management experience in HR, with a focus on complex program management
- Strong project/program management skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Deep knowledge of core HR processes including onboarding and performance management
- Experience with HR systems such as Workday or Greenhouse
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data for decision-making
