Job Summary
A company is looking for a HRO Leave Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming communications regarding leaves of absence and provide accurate service
- Maintain compliance with leave policies and coach employees and managers on processes
- Assess and track FMLA claims, coordinate leaves, and identify trends for process improvements
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree is highly desired
- Four or more years of experience in absence management and customer service preferred
- Knowledge of FMLA, state leave regulations, and ADA is required
- Experience with HR/Payroll systems and Microsoft Office suite is desired
- Legal right to work in the United States
