Job Summary
A company is looking for an Area Sales Director for the Tri-State region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Sales Directors to achieve individual and team quotas
- Oversee all aspects of the sales cycle, including negotiation and closing of complex transactions
- Develop the Southeast US market and maintain key relationships with partners
Required Qualifications:
- Senior sales experience with a proven leadership and management track record
- Over 10 years of field and remote sales experience with consistent quota over-achievement
- Experience in B2B sales of Networking and/or Security solutions
- A minimum of 2 years managing an individual contributor sales team
- Channel recruitment and enablement experience with a successful track record
