Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Transformation Lead for a 24-month contract position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Benefits workstream within a large HR transformation program, including project planning and status reporting
- Ensure alignment of the Benefits roadmap with program objectives and manage interdependencies across workstreams
- Monitor KPIs and success metrics, and drive testing and implementation of the Benefits module
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in benefits, HR transformation, or program/project management
- Proven ability to lead large-scale initiatives within a multi-workstream program
- Strong understanding of benefits design, administration, and compliance
- Excellent program management skills, including planning and execution
- Experience with HR technology and benefits administration platforms is a plus
