Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Director to lead their Compensation Enablement team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage compensation operations and processes across the corporation
  • Develop and direct compensation strategies and programs to align with business objectives and market conditions
  • Investigate and resolve complex compensation issues and oversee integration during acquisitions
Qualifications and Experience:
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Human Resources Management, Accounting, or related discipline with 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a leadership role; or 14 years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • MS degree with 8+ years of experience in a related discipline; or Ph.D. with 5+ years of experience in a related discipline is preferred
  • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification is preferred
