Sales Engineer - SaaS

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Engineer / Technical Support Representative / Product Consultant - SaaS Pre-Sales Technical Demos.

Key Responsibilities

• Give product demos for sales, product training, and initial setup
• Handle inbound technical support calls and emails
• Answer product-related technical questions and file tickets for product issues

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in supporting SaaS products
• Strong foundation in OS and Database/Server technology (Windows, MS SQL, Oracle, LDAP)
• Exceptional presentation skills and customer-driven approach
• History of consistently meeting and exceeding goals and expectations
• Strong references from previous managers/supervisors
