Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Sales Operations Specialist to manage Salesforce and HubSpot for revenue growth in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and optimize Salesforce and HubSpot, including configuration, user management, and integration
- Define and track KPIs, build dashboards, and support pipeline management and forecasting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals and manage system updates and training
Required Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and maintenance in a B2B SaaS environment
- Expertise in Salesforce customization and integration with external tools
- Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel and familiarity with reporting tools
- Salesforce Administrator certification is strongly preferred
- Experience with project management tools, preferably Jira
