Key Responsibilities
- Conduct full lifecycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Proactively build a candidate pipeline using various sourcing channels
- Attend recruitment events and lead recruitment projects related to new business initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
- Considerable knowledge of recruiting, staffing, and onboarding principles
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience in large-scale and/or healthcare organizations preferred
