Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Advisor to attract high-quality talent for exceptional healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct full lifecycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Proactively build a candidate pipeline using various sourcing channels
  • Attend recruitment events and lead recruitment projects related to new business initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
  • Considerable knowledge of recruiting, staffing, and onboarding principles
  • Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience in large-scale and/or healthcare organizations preferred
