Key Responsibilities
- Lead an Outbound BDR team to create new pipeline opportunities and achieve monthly goals
- Provide coaching in cold calling and account targeting while fostering a high-performing culture
- Manage performance data to improve outreach strategies and collaborate cross-functionally
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience leading outbound BDR or SDR teams, preferably in SaaS
- Proven track record of meeting pipeline targets and coaching early-career representatives
- Strong operational skills for managing performance data and improving workflows
- Experience with modern GTM tools such as Outreach and Salesforce
- Ability to motivate a team and foster a culture of accountability and growth
